  Audrey at batteries plus on Richmond Road was truly incredible. She was so helpful and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. If you’re going to batteries plus, please ask for her!!   They installed a new battery in my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+5G. It took 2 hours to get the battery installed, and cost $60. The battery seems to be working fine. It came with a 20% charge. There is free parking but the parking lot is a little small.

  I went in to buy a key fob battery. Told the man I needed 2 battery's. Ask one to be installed and one to take home for the 2nd remote. He did install my battery . Went and got a card with 2 battery's on it and rang me up for $12.99 for the installed battery and another 12.99 for the other battery's. Well I tried to explain I didn't need 3 battery's. He said that was the way it worked . He was there alone with one customer in front of me and 4 behind me , so just paid and went on . Just wasn't completely happy. I have now vented ...
