I needed a couple of house key copies and saw the kiosk. The process was simple and the copies worked fine. One thing to note: After I selected 2 copies, the program asked me if I wanted a free key. I was pleasantly surprised and said yes, but I didn't know if it was going to make one of my copies free or if I was getting upgraded to an additional copy. It turns out it was the latter. My preference would have been to get 1 copy with the additional free copy. Keep that in mind when you go through the process.
