All keys work great.  3 keys made.  The process was longer than other processes (i.e. manual).

The key blank was not present in the store kiosk. It was a key for a Master lock. The key needed to be made in house and ship it to me. The new key arrived promptly and works just fine.

If your keys are ever locked in you car BREAK YOUR WINDOW! Not only will it be CHEAPER to replace the window And the cleaning it will ALSO BE FASTER!!! How is it possible for the locksmith to take over 40 min to arrive (even thought he said it would be 15-20min after it had already been One hour from when I requested a locksmith) he took LESS THAN 10SECONDS to do the job and I GOT CHARGED $188.68 absolutely ridiculous the worst!

I had to copy the keys twice. The first cutting didn't work. I contacted the company and they were very nice. They refunded me with no problem.
The second cutting worked..... however they're not perfect. They catch a little, but they are usable. The source key works flawlessly, so I'm not sure why the duplicates are having trouble. This is not a knock against the service. I've used them a handful of times. It may just be this particular kiosk that has a slight alignment problem.

I like that the keys I got were brass instead of a lesser metal. All 3 keys worked great
