  I am a Realtor and need extra keys made frequently. This is such a simple, inexpensive, and time saving machine to use. I have never had an issue with a key not working.

  The keys I had made at the kiosk were suitable to turn the cylinder for locking and unlocking. However, I found these keys to be a little tedious to insert into the key slot. While they were cut precisely to shape, the edges of the cuts felt a little rough and I believe that contributed to the difficulty inserting the keys. My preference would be that these edges were smoothed enough to improve insertion and the feel of the key in my hand.

  Great way to get keys made. I walked right up to the machine and made house keys, 1 minute each and they all work.
