They must be good, because they said that they were backed up and were not going to be able to get to me for at least 2 hours. Another employee might help you're being so busy. 2 hours is a long time if you locked out of your house and car at the same time

They don't call back and lie. Dispatch said they had 1 truck available, after I told him all the details and even my CC number. $127(w/tax) is expensive, I've never paid past $80 for a lockout but maybe Virginia is just more expensive. When they say they'll reach out to you, they mean they'll send you automated text twice and then a text from a different number saying " no trucks available" I'm a truck driver, I don't have time for ifs or maybes. If you tell me you have people available, then say that. Their business is less than 2 miles away from where I was locked out. I mean, sht I'm at fault for not having a spare in my wallet or on my neck but this type of stuff is unprofessional from a business. Don't have a yes attitude with people who value time and live by etas. Something you may not honor at all.
