As far as making the key, and the price goes, it was fine. However, when it became time to pay, I had to swipe/insert my card several times, starting over several times before it would finally take it. Frustrating!!

Used the kiosk at Lowe's, fast and easy. Only thing that sticks in my craw is the cost. $4.00 for one key. You can get more for reduced price each but I only needed one. Just the old guy in me i guess that remembers they used to be only $ 0.99

I was happy that I could copy a padlock key at the kiosk. Saved a lot of time vs. waiting for a store employee to show up and make a key. Got 4 keys and they all worked perfectly.
