  Got 3 custom keys with a free brass key.. all 3 custom keys work but have 2 use a lil force.. the free brass key doesn't work at all!..

  None of my keys worked!! I can’t use any of the keys!!!😞 I always use the machine, I spent $6 and have nothing to show for it or a means to get keys to replace the non working keys. PLEASE ADVISE OR REFUND!!!!!!!

  I have used them 3 times. The first time the 3 keys all worked perfectly. The second time the key was difficult to use and the third time none of the 3 keys worked. The last time I called the 1-800 number on the receipt and they promptly credited my Credit Card, no questions asked.
