  I had tried several locksmiths and dealerships in Shreveport/Bossier City that thought they was the best, and all they did was damage the key module skim. But within minimum time, confidence, perfection, knowledge, skills, expertise, and a winning personality, my Dodge Caravan had keys that starts it up perfectly and I had enough money left to celebrate with my mom, because it's her birthday. Thank you thank you ! Highly recommend !

  They are good locksmiths they do great work and it doesn’t take them long. However they are so good that you may have to wait a couple days before they get to you. They can be a little pricey, but you will be happy with the results.

  Well our conversation started off great. I needed a key for my BMW. But I needed to come in between 8am and 10am during the week because they’re not open on weekends. Well I had to schedule PTO to be able to make the drive from Texas to Louisiana to have my key made. I called and left a voicemail to confirm that I was coming. No call back. The morning of the day I was coming I called and called no answer. He was going to charge me $325 for a key. But after I couldn’t get a call back and had driven all the way to the shop, I decided to go to ORR BMW and have them make me a key instead. Unfortunately these people were uninterested in getting my business. Which I’m kinda use to it now. Every time I mention BMW I get quoted an outrageous price and they expect me to flinch. I would have gladly paid the $325 but in the end I only had to pay $367 at ORR so the extra dollars were well worth the customer service
