The process was simple to follow and the work was completed in a timely manner. I like the ability to use the app to store the key cut data for future keys being cut. The only negative was the machine failed to suffiently buff away metal debris still attracted to the new keys. I had to ask an associate at Loews to buff away the metal shavings.
