  So much better than the old days when you had to wait for someone at a hardware store. I actually looked forward to the experience. Excellent technology and human factors, quick and easy procedure, no wait, keys worked perfectly!

  This was my first time using the minute key machine so I was a little apprehensive about the outcome. However, I must say the keys were cut exactly with no problems whatsoever. I was able to choose a cute little picture for the key and received one free with the purchase of two. I highly recommend.

  The fella that came out was very nice but the price he gave me was MUCH higher than i was quoted on the phone. I sent him away.
