  Two out of three keys did not work at all. I am surprise the third key did because the cuts are nothing like the original. Now I have to go through a process to get my money refunded. Technology is great when it works unfortunately this did not. There should be a way directly from the machine to get my money refunded immediately.

  Have printed keys 3 different times now (about 15 keys in total) and all the keys worked fine.

  So the kiosk said buy two get 1 free……I needed 9 keys so I bought six…..the machine couldn’t give me the free keys soooo I went to customer service who said oh you would be better off off we made you the keys and not through your kiosk (Lowes manager) Abingdon Md…..and they couldn’t get the free keys……so I had to buy more keys….bait and switch or something …..never again
