  The machine was a pain to use. I had to keep reinserting the key. Then I had to reenter the vehicle info 5 times. Then it tells me it does not support the vehicle. (a Saturn). At no time did I have a clue how much this was going to cost. The store employees had no idea about anything connected with the machine. I will not ever try to use it again.
