The Minute Key machine was at Lowes where we went to have a couple of keys made for our home. It was very easy for us. The Minute Key machine told you every step which was very easy to understand. It even gave us 3 keys for price of two. It costs a little bit more than what Lowes used to charge, but the convenience of not having to wait for an employee was super great.

The people on the phones where polite and professional, the tec they sent out called me after being dispatched and says he's 30 mineuts away. A whole hour passes so I call him back just for me to say that he's still 30 minuets away. So I called a locksmith in davenport and got someone out in 15 minuets for 50 bucks cheaper.
