  The machine took my $3 and did not make the key, It cancelled the transaction after I inserted 3 $1 bills. I am requesting a refund. Very frustrated with this contraption that steals peoples money.

  Did not know I had to use exact change I put my five dollars in put my other five dollars in and and when I canceled it they didn’t give me any of my money back so they sent me a email stating a refund but I still haven’t seen any money
