  I was really impressed with the duplicate key that I had made! It worked perfectly. This kiosk was perfect for my needs; I was able to walk right up, answer a few questions, pay and insert my key. The process was simple. I am a fan.

  The bottom line is the keys don’t work that were duplicated. Refund procedure is vague with no feedback whether they request has been received.

  I had used the Minute Key machine in the Lowe's store in El Paso, Texas. I was happy with the results as 1) I did not have to pull an employee away, from helping customers, to make some keys for me, 2) the instructions and prompts are clear and simple, 3) you get a free key after ordering two keys, which helps as a backup key is always useful, 4) the choice of key designs and colors are nice and 5) the price was right. I recommend using the Minute Key machine for anyone.
