  Mike's personality overall is welcoming and warming. The level of communication is thorough and intelligent. He's very attentive to his work and will even do a follow up to make sure everything is in working order once the job is done. He works quickly and efficiently.   I locked myself out of my house... Called two other places and had been waiting almost 2 hours for either to show up before calling Mike's... I should have called them 1st (3rd times the charm). When they say 15 minutes.... they mean 15 minutes! Keith P. showed up professional friendly and quick. I almost feel like he waived a wand... maybe 3 minutes and I was in my house. I've never had a business show up within the given window and work so fast and be so kind and professional. Thanks Keith P., you saved the day. God Bless.
