  Met tech for new spare Jeep key mid-Nov 2021. Tech was nice, made new key, programmed it more than once to get it working, then we parted. Put spare away and continued use with original. Three months later, gave spare key to grandson to use my Jeep. It fired up, sensor alarm light (anti-theft) came on, then almost immediately shut off. Per Jeep, key is not correctly programmed. Called Middle GA Locksmith more than two weeks ago, gave details to receptionist, and have heard nothing back. Almost $200 should have afforded me, or any customer, a call back. Will not use them again or recommend.

  Job was done correctly, hence the second star. A little pricey. And very unprofessional for the technician to leave, be gone two and half hours without a phone call, only to be told later the 'office called and had him perform another job before returning.' Really? While he was performing a job for us, 'the office' made him do a separate job? Ok.

  I had an 11:00am appointment to have the locks on the home I just purchased re-keyed. After waiting around for 45 minutes for the locksmith to show I called and asked if we could change it to 1pm so I could take my kids to lunch. I currently stay 30 minutes from the home so this was a huge inconvenience to me. 1pm rolls around and the locksmith is still a no-show. He ended up showing up a little after 2pm. Once he completed the job he handed me the invoice. It was $50 more than what I was quoted. I was told $25 service fee, $19 per lock + key. I looked through the invoice and noticed a $85 labor charge that he discounted to me for $50. This was never discussed when I created the appointment. Once I told him this fee was never discussed he took it off without hesitation. The gentleman was nice but I’m pretty disappointed with my experience.
