Update:
His offensive reply notwithstanding, Keith is right: I didn't understand why he wouldn't touch the exact same key he'd sell me. I get it now: cutting a key is a one-shot deal. Fail, and you start over. He's charging ~10x wholesale for his key so he has wiggle room for failures and still profit, whereas my key would only allow a few attempts before he loses money.

ORIGINAL:
I asked for quotes for programming, and for programming plus cutting, a key fob.  First he tried to charge $100 more than the dealership for a new key fob, then he chose to not do so with a customer-supplied key fob despite it being a genuine part in a sealed box.  He'd rather turn away business then to make $80 for 15 minutes of work.

Not only did Keith lose out on easy money, he lost out on any possible future business I'd have with him.

At least he responded timely, so he gains a star for that.

Sir, I don't work with customer-provided hardware because it has simply been a waste of my time in the past. No one is willing to pay the programming fee if the remote is wrong or defective. I explained this to you but apparently you still don't understand after this review.

I lost my keys and took my son car to work... I asked for the tech to make a pair... once he arrived he stated my son was not outside and i told him let me try to call him again... he then started to complain how he doesn’t like coming to anyone’s house to do any work... but I texted him my driver license... he stated that the address doesn’t match the location and continue to complain... he would not shut up for me to call my son... so I hung up on him because I was at work. I called my son he walked out and the tech wasn’t there... when I called he would not pick up... the coward could of at least had enough respect to call and tell me that will not service to vehicle. I too am a business owner and regardless of the situation i do not allow anyone to change my character... customer service is my priority... it’s people like him that remind me how important customer service is.

I tried helping this person, but to begin with she was too busy to even meet me for the job. And after giving plenty of notice I arrive at the house and no one answers the door, so I'm left sitting in her hot driveway. When I try calling she says, "Go ahead and get started" but mind you I can't touch any car without someone present, preferably the owner. When I try explaining that to her that's when she rudely hung up on me. As far as I am concerned, when you did that you cancelled the call altogether. I have other customers waiting... and they aren't trusting a sleeping child to handle their grownup business.

I had a wonderful experience. Mr. Keith is very nice and professional. A very very trustworthy locksmith. I will forever be a customer. He was able to make me a new car key after I messed my first and only key up and I am thankful.

This company is the best I had called several other agencies some answered some but me on hold some just hung up but this company talked with me explain the problem ask me to send him a picture of the lock just to make sure that he could help me. So if you have a lock problem please call this company they will go out their way to help you and will not over charge you. They are the BEST!!! I am telling you call this company. Keith was so rude to me, I've  never encountered anyone like this in my life. I think he has mental issues. His rudeness was uncalled for. He don't like to be asked questions, he says some outlandish stuff like he's going to be attacked while doing service for you.  I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring him.. The job was done and he was paid. If I wasn't so desperate to get inside my house I would have dismissed him. For all that gave him a good review it must been on his good day, for all those that encountered his rudeness I'm apologizing to for him. Lord help this man!!

Very unprofessional, refuse my service after racially profiling me. I was polite and well mannered. Even after his ill tempered tone, and racial overtones. He in I had no money to pay and was a thief looking to steal someones car. Dont waiste your time with this man if you are of darker skin color.

You called me already angry & suspicious after just being ripped-off by another company. I tried my best to help you but you were being nothing but difficult. And I don't do un-necessarily difficult... no matter what color you are. Hopefully you'll learn that playing the race-card when you don't get your way does a huge disservice to those actually being racially profiled or discriminated against. First day back in GA, and I locked my keys in my car. He was very professional from the minute he answered the phone, being honest with me that he was in the middle of something and it would take longer than normal to get to me. I said that was fine, as I was in no rush. He prices himself on customer service and satisfaction, and is very good at his job- it took only about 2 minutes to unlock my car for me. GREAT PRICES. First of all, we had scheduled an appointment at 12:00. At 12:10 I called and spoke to who I think is the owner? I let him know I have been waiting. He said our appointment slipped his mind. No worries, it happens. He showed up at 12:20, 20 minutes late. I gave him my key and my son and I waited. Ten minutes later he asked me to, "Pull up your car opposite of my van." I pulled the car around to what I thought he meant. Then, he became visibly agitated with me and asked me to "move the car further from my van so that I can work from it." As I try to move my car he starts shaking his head and says, "I guess I have to move it for you." Now I am agitated, which you can probably understand why. I put the car in park, got out of the car and say, "Man, I know you are getting frustrated with me, but you are going to have to be more specific." At which he answers, "I'm going to let you run." So I left. Totally unprofessional. To the owner: I am not stupid, and I do not appreciate being treated that way. Furthermore, you may want to show up at the appointed time you give to your customers. Whenever a locksmith comes up in any conversation of mine, I may not give a recommendation, however, I will surely say, "DO NOT GO TO AA Locksmiths in Warner Robins."

Not sure what to do with this one. I've never had anyone fail to park a car before.

I locked my keys in my car at around 4 in the morning I tried calling this locksmith and the guy on the phone was very rude he told me it would cost 120 dollars which would have been fine any other time but I only had about 80 on me and when I told him it was just a little out of my price range I heard him say "oh my god" and hung up on me out of no where. I understand it's an inconvenience but it was uncalled for

I managed to lock my keys in the car for the third time in 2yrs. Quite exceptional don't you think? Googled locksmiths in Warner Robins, GA.  and called Keith at AA. He said be would be there in 20min. 19mins later he drove up. Looked at the car and said it would take 5min. 4mins later I was sitting in the driver's seat with the engine running. The bill was about $25 less than I expected. If you do NOT want good service. If you do NOT want a low bill. And if you do NOT like the name Keith, then see a psychiatrist. Otherwise call AA Locksmith.

I called in an absolute panic after locking my keys in my car less than an hour before I had to pick up my kids from after school care. Truthfully, I wasn't very nice to the owner over the phone, and despite this he still came to me immediately, was extremely kind, professional, and polite, and honestly saved me from a very bad situation with not having anyone else to pick up my children. Not paying attention I shut my keys in my trunk and then my car self locked before I could open it again. After a mini panic attack I found AA online and was back in my car within 30 minutes from start of the call. Even found out my back seat lets down (I thought it didn't, don't judge me lol) and that saved me a little extra from having to have my trunk opened after opening my front door set off the alarm. The whole encounter was professional and quick. Very pleased.

Update: Basically the complete opposite of my first experience. Guess you win some, you lose some. But luckily I found an even better service through a different company after this experience so it worked out well overall. Won’t be calling this service again after today.

This man was the most nastiest rudest unprofessional person I have ever seen so cause run a business I have ever man into. I called and ready to allow him to come out and do the kid he states to me that he told send a text about a quote who does that. I will never advise anyone to do business with this person. They obviously don’t want business. Keith refused to come out while it was LITERALLY SPRINKLING to get my car door unlocked. Said he couldn’t risk his safety. To top it off, this was told to me after I gave him the credit card info. In my opinion, AA has employees that are lazy and don’t represent the values that they advertise.

I don't want your business because you cussed me.

I called AA Locksmith after I had previously contacted two other companies. One company failed to show up as scheduled and did not offer an apology or explanation. The other company had a receptionist who spoke on the phone as if I was bothering her by calling and quoted me a price range of $19-$39( this was more than double the amount of previous quotes from other companies) for each lock I was having re-keyed and stated that the technician would have to come out first to look at locks before they could determine my actual cost.
I then called AA Locksmith. I spoke with Keith who was extremely pleasant and patiently answered all my questions. Keith asked for specifics of the locks I was having re-keyed and gave me an exact quote, including taxes and military discount. Keith scheduled a time to arrive and texted me the quote as well. Keith stated he believed in being prompt and would arrive at the time agreed upon. Thirty minutes prior to his arrival he texted me to let me know he was in route and would arrive at scheduled time.
Keith immediately began to perform services. He was done in about thirty minutes. Keith was extremely upfront and honest about the work he performed and how we could save money in the future. Services ended up being less than what he originally quoted and was much less than quotes I had received from other companies. Keith was pleasant, prompt and professional.
We will call on AA Locksmith for any of our future needs and will refer others to AA Locksmith as well.

The owner was VERY RUDE! I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I decided to use another company. He treated me as if he didn't need my business and if I was bothering him by calling for his services.

To begin with, you called here asking for keys to a car you don't even own. Then you tell me the owner is talking to another locksmith at the same time. You obviously have no experience dealing with this situation because you approached it all wrong. The last thing I want to hear is there's another locksmith on the job. But I wasn't rude to you... I simply declined the job and you caught an attitude. Bottom line is, I have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Had to get a remote for my truck, Keith was fast and friendly with the service, excellent price compared to dealership, and haven't had any problems with my truck remote yet! Used him again for a set of house keys, sent him a pic of keys, he had them ready for me to pick up at promised time. Will use aa locksmith again next time i have a key or remote issue.

Keith was awesome, quick, and very fast. I just spent the last 16 hours working the storm damage as a contractor for Flint EMC and absentmindedly locked my keys in my work truck. From out of town I had no clue who to call or who to trust. A quick Google search and an even quicker phone call and Keith was on his way. Dude was there in less time that he estimated and had my truck unlocked before I could even light up a cigarette. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to get my truck unlocked at 10:30 PM, but i was wrong. Probably one of the best prices I've ever heard anyone ever paying. If I'm ever back in Warner Robins or the surrounding areas and I happen to do the same same, Keith is the dude I'll call.

Keith has been making keys for me since he opened his business. Extremely smart and quick at his job! I call AA everytime a lock or key even comes to mind. Hes the only one around I know that can cut the round Harley keys and they both worked the first time. Keep up the outstanding work....

Keith has come to our home in Bonaire on 2 occasions in the last 3 months. Both times he was flexible, polite, affordable, prompt, did the job quickly & did great work.

#1: My husband's cuff got stuck on the door handle. My husband reattached it but a few weeks later when my son shut the door the handle cover fell off again, falling on to the lock. Which in turn prevented us from unlocking the door. Keith was there within 45 minutes as he was at another job. When he got here he had the problem fixed within 10 minutes. He is by far the quickest & most affordable that I am aware of in my area.

#2: I texted Keith last night at nearly 11 pm telling him I had a chemo treatment, my husband is out of town for work with the other set of keys & my son locked my keys in the car. If an ER I wouldn't have a way to the hospital. He politly offered to come but I said my neighbor could help if an ER. We set up a time today for 2p as I told him I would be resting. He text politly around 2p & asked if I was doing ok for him to head over. He seemed very sincere & willing to be more flexible if I was still resting. Once he got here, he had my door open within moments. He suggested another set & I couldn't believe how cheap he was for an only door key w a chip steering key. We had tried in December for a 3rd set & the place wanted $200. Keith charged me $60 & was completely done withbe2 new keys in about 10 minutes. Simply unbelievable with his service & prices. We couldn't ask for a better guy to help us out when in a bind.

Crazy night - garage door repair while Family at softball game.  Returned late to a garage door that wouldn’t open and no key to house...😬

Called Keith and he responded via text immediately then to home following brief call <20 min.  Once arrived was in house <2 minutes...tired Family very happy.  Should be your first call - I called others initially and was told 1.5 hour response...call Keith first 👍🏼

I second the previous poster's rating. If I could give a '0' I would. This was absolutely the worse service I've ever experienced. He came to assist us (so we thought) to a church parking lot where my wife had locked keys in car. He was visually and verbally frustrated after not seeing me meet him in the parking lot after 30 seconds. My wife came out to speak with him because I was busy with a program. When I came back out to get talk to him he angrily said he didn't want to repeat what he'd told her. After he looked at the car...asking me where the locks were, he became more upset that I was not answering quickly enough. He eventually kept telling me that it may take a while and he didn't want either of us out there while he worked. I calmly told him that it was my prerogative to stay out there, especially with her valuables in the car. He said that he would leave in that case, which he did. Again, this was the worse! I hope y'all don't need a locksmith in the future, but if you do, call All Secure Inc. instead. They were great, wanted me to stay there and walked me through the whole process.

Mr Hamilton, I got there in less than 15 minutes ready to help, but your wife gave the wrong address (Garmon St & Garmon Cir) and never even stated she was at a church. I went to the address she gave and called the number back. At that point you kept hollering "I'm over here", like saying it louder over the phone will make me see you. To make it worse, you kept interrupting when I tried to clarify your location. That was my first red flag that you would likely be difficult. Then when I pulled up, I explained to your wife that since she was carrying a child, she was welcome to wait inside until I was finished, as this may take a few minutes. You are the one that got all bent out of shape talking about your prerogative. I just threw my hands up and walked away from the confrontation. I did not want to leave, trust me... I came out to get her in and make money. But no job is worth getting into it with a customer. Thanks for giving us a try!

This is by far one of the worst locksmiths that I've experienced. They were extremely rude when I was speaking to them and hung up on me when I was asking for a receipt to give to my insurance company for a reimbursement. He told me that they just unlock cars and get money and they don't "do receipts". I feel like this company is doing this illegally seeing as they don't have my receipt and did not tax me. Do not use this company !!

Actually, what happened was you called asking for a receipt for a call which we do not have on record and I personally don't remember even having ran. Then you put your insurance agent on the phone who started barking at me like I owed someone something. The fact is, I'm not even sure  you're calling the right company.

If you are calling the right company however, you apparently had no problem with the service, only getting money back from your insurance company, who you probably should have called first when you got locked out.

I apologize if you were not offered a receipt, but going forward every customer will get one whether they want it or not.

Fast service. Made a copy of my transponder key in no-time. Very knowledgeable on his work. Im not going to rate him for his social skills. I ask for his service and he did his job. Im happy with it. We're here to make business. Dont go here if you're looking for a friend. He does his job professionally. Recommended!!

Keith Haynie has put a negative review on a Dealership site because he was attempting to retrieve a four digit code to program a key to a vehicle. The problem is that in order for the dealership to retrieve the code the vehicle must be at the dealership and hooked up to a computer with the necessary software. This needless to say would require for a service visit or for Mr. Haynie to invest in his own business by contacting the manufacturer and purchasing the software. If you need a  Key programmed please do yourself a favor and contact a different locksmith with the proper tools to help you or contact the dealership. This will save you time and money. Also,  He goes by Keith however his name is Michael (Keith) Haynie and (may) have a past in both Texas and here in our own community. Know who you're doing business with!!!  In regards to his response Keith states that for the record he was born in WR 50 Yrs. ago. He doesn't deny that he might have a record himself. All I'm saying is to know who you are doing business with. As far as retaliating in the form of a Google post; after Mr. Haynie placed a Google review on the dealerships site. I made contact with him and he was very Rude just like the many reviews that gave him a 1 star. Hopefully he will learn to listen to others and try being just a (Nice) person. Customers reads Google reviews and many make their decision to do business based on them. They need to be informed that you may not have the resources to fix their problem. If you wish to post on something negative about a business then you should expect the business to post on your site as well. As I mentioned earlier I made contact with you so you know how to make contact with me. This could clear up both reviews.

Your service tech "Rich" told the customer he would release the PIN to him when calling in. After I invested the time and trip we were then told the opposite. Customers already know all too well how difficult and expensive the dealership makes getting keys, or any other service for that matter. You can rest assured I will never encourage a customer to rely on your dealership in the future. And this retaliating with a Google review is simply childish. And for the record I was born here in Warner Robins 50 years ago.

AA Locksmiths saved my skin. My auto key was ready within five minutes and they guided me through the way that would save me the most money! Thanks but I hope I never have to do it again! If so, this is my guy!

After locking my keys in my house at 5:15 am I called AA Locksmiths. This guy was at my house in 25 minutes. He was able to unlock the lock in a couple of minutes. I'd recommend.

The other locksmiths dispatched didn't have the proper equipment is the ONLY reason we didn't utilize their services.
My sister and I are honest people and simply needed someone to get the job done.
Clearly, INCOMPETENCY is what's going on at AA. Please search around for better service before attempting to use this company...
Poor customer service....VERY POOR.

Customer had her sister calling around for other prices even after dispatching us out. Then purposefully withheld the fact that other locksmiths had already been out there and were unable to finish because of a problem with vehicle computer memory. Service was politely declined. This issue has been resolved.

Extremely fast service after hours when everyone was closed! Super friendly and helpful!!! Won’t ever call another locksmith But Mr. Keith!!! Thank you for your help!
