  Staff were super helpful! After searching with an employee at another store for over an hour the day before and not coming up with the solution, I was in and out of McFarland Ace with the exact parts I needed in under 5 minutes. Thank you! Disclaimer: I would have gone to Ace sooner/ right away, but they are closed Sunday evenings (not complaining).

  I have been very happy with the service I have been getting up until today. I needed some small anchor for some dresser shelves and took a shelf and one of the anchors to show them. The manager was very short with me when I asked what else I may be able to use and then just walked away. Very disappointed in his service. The manager should be setting an example but in this case his employees are doing a much better job at Customer Service. I will.go back back but will not deal with him but rather his great staff.

  Karen, Please accept my apologies as it was just me and one other associate working when you came into the store and I was on the cash register as he was already helping a customer. I did come back and showed you what we had and gave you an option of what to do. I'm sorry we did not have the correct part to hold your shelf up.
