We were fortunate enough to have Kirk save the day when we needed a new battery! He was flexible and efficient and took the time to make sure it was, in fact, the battery that was the issue. We were pleased with his friendly, quick and very helpful service in installing a battery for our car.

The gentleman was amazing. Not only did he deal with his computer freezing up while helping a unpleasant customer but he multitasked & helped 3 other people get what they needed & checked out with ease. I think his name was Dillon? Very pleasant & knowledgeable. Dealt with being short staffed like a pro. Will definitely go back!

The person on duty, Troy, was very friendly and helpful. I had a big list of backup batteries to replace, and was able to get them all. I ended up having to return several, but not because the batteries themselves were bad. Return was not a problem. In fact, I've never had a problem at any B+ store.

I came in to replace a car battery that I had previously bought from Batteries Plus.  While my warranty had expired, Kirk took great care of me.  He was able to help me on price so that I could by ot right then and there, instead of going to Costco to save a few $.  Kirk's attitude and attention both on the phone and in person were amazing.  Working  with Kirk was the high point of my day!

I had the very pleasant experience of speaking to Kirk today about replacing the battery in my Pixel 2 phone. He was very honest and  knowledgeable. He explained the difficulty he would have replacing my battery due to equipment limitations that he had, and referred me to 2 other locations that would be better equiped to handle the job.
