  Initially called and got no answer; they called me back as a missed call a few minutes later. Person on the phone was very friendly and professional. Set an appointment window of 10-12; tech called the day of service at 9:40 to say he would be here at 10. Again, friendly and professional, made the repairs needed to the deadbolt and door, and was gone. Definitely would use again.

  I needed my wired Ring Doorbell taken down they were able to take care of that. While Robbie the technician was here I asked him to look at my 2 door locks. He did so without hesitation. He adjusted (I paid for the adjustment, very reasonable ). After 24 hours the door lock seemed as if it was not flush to the frame (lock needed adjusting). Called the next day Robbie came right back that day adjusted. No charge. He was very nice and professional! I would recommend.

  I have to go back to have the work completed(duplicate car key)but that was my fault. The owner didn't charge me for the work that was already done. You don't find that trust in people anymore. Besides that they are fast and the price was cheaper than there competitors especially the auto dealer.
