I would highly recommend Marshall's Locksmith Service. If you need a safe opened,  I recommend Jason West. He did what others couldn't do. He diagnosed the issue and opened the safe so fast. Highly professional and knows his trade. Jason West is the best!!

I brought my motorcycle keys this morning to be cut. I purchased a blank key from a dealership and they told me to have it cut at Marshall’s. While I was there, I found out they sell their own keys aside from just  cutting them...so I purchased a key from them and had it cut along with having them cutting my personal key from the dealer. I found that their key works just as good as the dealership key and I will continue to bring my business here ! They have thousands of keys hanging on the wall along with padlocks, door locks, trailer hitch locks, electronic-numeric door locks, handles and safes! From the looks of it, they do just about everything! I highly recommend these guys! Thank y’all for helping me today!

These guys are top notch. I had an issue with two locks on my vending machines. Marshall's Locksmith got me on schedule quickly and sent out a technician. Jason did a great job with drilling out my locks and assisting me with replacing the new tubular locks. They were not easy and he was very patience and diligent in working to resolve my issues. Other lock smiths around Raleigh actually forwarded me to Marshalls. Highly recommended!

Everything about working with this company was positive right from the first phone call. Their communication was excellent and the service was quick and efficient. The price was fair and the technician who came to my house was very nice and he tested the keys and made sure that I also tested them before he left. This company is thorough and they care about their customers. Their service was a perfect 10.

Grayson did a great job today at our church- Trinity Community Church- 1650 Old Apex Rd. in Cary.  Friendly, courteous, and prompt service.

Outstanding service!!  My adult daughter had moved and lost track of the key for the heavy duty lock that linked the front wheel and adjacent frame of her expensive bicycle, preventing its use.  Another locksmith tried in vain to open the lock. I had my doubts whether this could be done.  The staff at Marshall's performed a minor miracle.  Determined to solve this problem for us, a couple of employees persevered during several hours, trying different approaches until success was achieved.  They were careful, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate of customers' health while working behind protective partitions.  When the work was completed, I was surprised and grateful for the unexpectedly low bill. The sign out front reads "We don't sell locks, we sell security".  The large store appears to be capable of fulfilling that promise.  It could just as well read "We don't sell locks, we sell security and provide excellent service at a good price".

Real great place for your keying needs. Their prices are very reasonable and they know what they’re doing. Have used them several times over the years for stuff like opening a filing cabinet we lost the key to, keying cylinders, creating keys to fit a cylinder we lost the keys to, etc. Highly recommended.

Danny took my call and was very thorough when answering all my questions. He quickly got me set up for an appointment. Marshall's called ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive at my house. Lucas arrived on time, was very professional, didn't flinch a bit when the dogs started barking at him and quickly finished up re-keying my locks! Very happy with the overall service and felt safe having them in my house.

Professional, courteous, informative, quick, reasonable prices.  What is not to love?  I will bring all my locksmithing business to them in the future.  They were terrific.
Update:  I used their services again 8/26/20.  I waited for them to open at 8am and they rekeyed 2 cylinders for me. I was on my way at 8:10.  Great business.

Excellent service !!!
Got my car's driver side lock cylinder fixed. Though the OEM part was tough to get in short time, they searched their inventory to find a match and replaced it. Also got the handle changed for no cost.
Dont go anywhere else if you have some complex lock/key issues. These guys are best.
I recommend Marshall's!!!
