  We’re new to the area and like so many people we are looking for trustworthy, prompt, and professional businesses that we can depend on for help with our new house. We found just that with MacGyver Locksmithing. The story: we called Alex because I locked myself out of my house (don’t ask…) and he responded in 2 minutes. He told me what his car would look like and gave me a card as soon as he drove up. He was very respectful of the situation (that I was alone with my son) and he made me feel safe. We liked him so much that we had him back the next week to change every lock on our house. Highly recommended!

  I left a long detailed message for him to call me back for a key replacement for my car…and now, over 28 hours later, he still hasn’t called! That is very unprofessional to not call a potential customer back in that time frame when I had an immediate need! I ended up calling Advance and within an hour they were at my place, and in ten minutes I had a new key and FOB. Simple! MacGyver…don’t tell me that you’ll call me back on your voice recording and then don’t. My time is valuable too…and picked you first since you were closest. I left a detailed message with my number, slowly, two times. Advance called me back twice to follow up when MacGyver wouldn’t. Advance wanted the business…evidently you didn’t. Not calling people back with something as important as keys for a car is unprofessional and rude.

  Excellent service!!! I was in a very difficult situation and Alexander came out after hours to replace locks, install a new deadbolt and rekey another deadbolt. He charged a very reasonable price. To top it off I felt very comfortable working with Alexander as he has received both COVID vaccines!!! Very courteous and professional - on time and did excellent work!
