  They don't sell locks unless you have them installed... Wouldn't tell me a price and when I said no thank you they continued to call and email me... Terrible

  I called for emergency lockout service. The man that was sent drilled my lock and charged me $335 for this and insisted I pay him in cash or with a check although I was told I could use a card at first. And was also told the price would be under $100. He came into my house to follow me while I got a checkbook. He left me a receipt with Nevada Locksmith as the company (although we are in Los Angeles) but when I called them afterwards they said they never heard of him. All calls and emails to the business were not returned or replied to. Currently with the BBB for a complaint.
