  I was charged $120.00. I found my keys as soon as the tech arrived. So, I didn’t need any service. I was charged $120.00 for the the tech to show up at my address. I advise no one to use this company. I’m taking this issue up with my bank.

  I will NEVER call this company again. Technician took 1 sec to pop our door open; said it was $89.50 for the service call and would take credit card payment. He entered card charge on his phone, he signed it, I did not see what was charged, so I requested an emailed receipt. Later that afternoon I found I was charged $258.00! WOW! Talk about highway robbery!
