  I was locked out of my house for about 4 hours this day. So I called this company and some lady who sounded outsourced said a technician will call me in 10 minutes, 20 mins go by I get a call he said he will be here in 20 mins 35 mins later he’s at my door, says hey since it’s late I’ll have to charge you $120 if I can get in, he couldn’t get in he said he can hammer the lock down then pick it (deadbolt) he did that and still couldn’t get in, he said he could drill it, at this point I knew this guy was useless and said no I’m good I’ll do it my self. He then charged me $50 for a driving fee while he did nothing to benefit my situation. Awful service and the guy wasn’t in uniform or anything was in basketball shorts and a white t-shirt… don’t use this company would be my recommendation.

  I was locked out my car and panicked. I called them and they were able to get someone to me asap considering it was very late! So grateful, I cannot thank you guys enough.

  The boss of the company is the best. He open my BMW car door with no problems. Quick & fast. I'm telling everybody to deal with him. GET LOCKSMITH IS THE BEST!
