Sapir was excellent. I lost my only programmed key to my truck a couple days ago and after no luck finding it I gave up. I was dreading having to get it towed and taken to the dealership cuz that was gonna cost me an arm and a leg. Looked on line and saw all the great reviews so I called them up. When he Sapir arrived just a few minutes after calling, he was very polite and ready to go. Although it gave him a bit of trouble with his normal tools, he was able to program a new fob and extra chip key using his special computer that is normally used by the dealership to get it done and did it at no extra cost. Now I’m back on the road and have an extra programmed key just in case, and best part of it was that I didn’t have to go through all the trouble with the dealership and down time as they are a mobile service. Can’t express enough gratitude or give enough credit to his excellent customer service. Definitely recommend it!
