  Needed our safe at the store opened and they did a great job getting it opened eventhough they came hours later then they said they would and didnt help with clean up but when we tried to ask them for help on finding a replacement door they were nowhere to be found. They said we would be able to find a replacement door easy and took our safe door with them. When we would call back mutiple times someone would tell us they'd call us back within a few minutes. It's been over a month. We tried calling today got the same response acting surprised no one called us back and it's the same voice didn't call back minutes later like they said they would. We tried calling back and the calls were ignored or sent straight to voicemail. I think it's because they realized they promised we'd be able to find a new safedoor instead of buying a whole safe and they got to keep our door so now they're done after they hustled us. So yeah go to them to get your safe door open anything after that goodluck.

  Nathan was great. He was quick and made a laser cut key with a chip and then programmed it at a great price. Hopefully I won’t need these services any more but I’ll certainly call Nathan if I do!

  Nathan was great! Worked hard to finish the job despite mechanical difficulties He guaranteed it would get finished at no extra charge His price was amazing too!! Half of some of his competitors!
