  Beware of FRAUD! Do not allow them to program your vehicle. They told me they would provide me with a Dodge Key Fob and they delivered one without Dodge Logo. It only lasted three weeks. The battery exploded on the inside and stopped working. I then tried to unlock my car using the Valet Key and it doesn’t work at all! Don’t get fooled by their cheap pricing you’ll ultimately pay for it. I contacted the owner 2/21/22 for assistance he told me they were closed and for me to call back 2/22/22 at 9:00am. When I called he told me to text my address and he’ll send a technician. Nobody called me for hours, so I then called he back and he told me that a technician will come to my home at 3pm. Take a guess. Yes, 3pm came nobody called me or texted me. I then sent him a text asking for an update. He replied my technician is in Katy and they would be coming. I again waited for hours. No response! I called him at 6pm and ask for the status. He replied “nobody came yet” I told and him NO. He then told be he’ll call me back and I have not heard back from the owner at all. This is beyond disrespectful and just unprofessional. I’m going to attach my text so y’all can see I’m not lying.

  Great customer service. Was able to make keys for an old suitcase that meant alot to me that I had lost the keys too. Very quick. Will be going here again.

  Very affordable and fast service !!! Especially if you live on the North side of Houston !!! They’re local !!! I was happy with my experience !!!
