  Jim was awesome. He was very quick to respond (especially on a weekend holiday), articulated the problem easily enough for me to understand, gave me a temporary solution to solve my immediate problem of getting a door to lock (it being a holiday and all, parts places were closed) and made a point to complete the job for me first thing that Monday after the holiday. Definitely would recommend, thanks so much Jim!

  Jim is a skilled and professional Locksmith. Personable and respectful. I will call on him again as needed in the future. I would do 4.5 stars of I could. The understandable need for him to reschedule at the last minute put me is a bad scheduling problem for what I needed in a limited time I had. He was very good on the job. I was not happy about the choice of lock used on one door and it was done without prior discussion....under the idea it was am upgrade but, really, in this situation, is more of a problem. I didn't have time to address it. But, will in the future and, again, I would not hesitate to hire him for a job. He's a good and caring man.

  Jim was very accommodating to our situation. We felt very well taken care of and he was able to open our lock in a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend him. Thank you for helping my daughter out when she was in a pickle.
