Our front door lock would not work. Called locksmith express.  (Unlike other places….he answered his phone).  I would recommend him highly.  He actually had me describe the problem to see if I could fix it myself and save some money.  I find that very commendable .

Fast and friendly service! Very thorough as well. He found locks to rekey that I had missed. Reasonably priced for the amount of work done.

They had to order some irregular keys for me, and were one of the only locksmiths that not only could find them, but didn’t force me to buy a minimum amount for an abnormal key. I was in and out in minutes. The cutting took no time at all and it was fairly priced. They guy that I dealt with was super nice and professional. Highly recommend.

I contacted them on Tuesday when we got into our new home. They came out the same day and fitted the 5 new knobs and 5 new deadbolts that I wanted all fitting the same key. Anthony was friendly and fast! He even recommended a good place for lunch since are new to the area.

OMG what amazing service we received from Mike. From the time I called him to the time he showed up to open the front door was 20 minutes! He was on time, courteous and extremely professional!! And very reasonably priced. What more could anyone else ask for?? Thank you so much Mike!! You saved the day!! I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed!!

Was charged without getting key to even start car after waiting 9 and one half hours to show up. Then brought key back at 430 am next morning still didnt work and somehow got numbers without swiping my credit card because the charge said enter and punched number. I was charged 100 dollars for nothing.

While what you’re describing is an unfortunate situation, we can assure you this was not done by Locksmith Express. Our response times are under 3 hours (depending on scheduling), and we do not work past 8 pm. We only have two technicians, and neither of them work during the hours that you’ve described.

Our system also does not reflect any charges relating to this matter. We have a policy where if we cannot complete the job, we do not charge the customer, and we never take payment upfront. Any charges made by us will show on your statement as “SQ*LOCKSMITH EXPRESS…”.

We want to discuss this matter further, so please either call us at 205-919-1256, or email us at phillipe@locksmithexpressal.com. We will need to see your card statement, call log, and the receipt that we provide to every customer with our name on it.

Great experience all the way. Initially he tried to walk me through my issue over the phone to save me from paying him to come out. He even called me back to check in. But the lock was too messed up so when he did come out, he got here much sooner than I expected on a Friday afternoon, fixed it fast, was a great guy, and price was affordable. Highly recommend!

We just had a great experience with Anthony with Locksmith Express!  He was very professional and fast at changing out all the locks at out house.  He even fixed one of our locks that was not working properly.   He made sure the locks and keys worked after he rekeyed everything,   We felt like he was very fair and very reasonable.  He has been doing this for over 20 years and knows all the tricks of the trade.  This company responded to our need very quickly.  We would highly recommend this service!!

Mike is the best and very nice! He was here very fast when we called about our dog locking us out the house by  jumping up on door and locking the top lock. Our dog ended up jumping up and unlocking the lock once he pulled up but if anyone has any lock issues I would most definitely recommend mike and his prices are very reasonable.
