  The Boys came out to replace the door knob and dead bolt on the front door of our business and charged us $ 550. Had to call them three times to return to fix problems. The last time was for the dead bolt that seized up and would not turn rendering the door unusable. After 4 calls over 2 days their tech finally came out and by that time we had called another locksmith to replace the hardware (for one third the cost). When I tried to hand the Locksmith Boy the broken lock and asked for a refund he not only refused but told me, as he stormed out the door, that we would never get our money back. If you are looking for an unprofessional company that provides poor service and uses shoddy hardware you just hit the jackpot.

  Tried to find the address in Google and it took me to an apartment. Called their number to try and find their location and was hung up on. Poor customer service and website appears to be outdated. won’t be getting my business.
