  My front door lock wouldn’t unlock either from the inside or outside. Locksmith and Key Lansing technician was able to come only hours after I reached out. He was quickly and cost-effectively able to fix the issue. I would highly recommend him both for his professionalism and care in getting the job done right.

  This is a terrific company!  My back door deadbolt somehow became stuck in the locked position, making it impossible to get into the backyard. Technician provide excellent service - quick, efficient, and outstanding!  I'm delighted I found Locksmith and Key Lansing.

  We bought a new house so naturally we wanted to change the locks. He was super responsive and highly professional in doing his job. We rekeyed a lock (a complicated keypad lock - he wasn't sure if he could initially do it, but ended up being able to -- I appreciated his honesty), changed a lock, and added a bolt to a door. All done very quickly and professionally. Very pleasant to work with him -- highly recommend his services!
