  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I needed several keys made for a padlock that no big box stores could duplicate and they had them done in a jiffy! The lady working let me know that because I needed so many keys made she'd like the padlock also, to make sure all the keys worked correctly. (Something to bear in mind if this is something you're needing done.) I will be using them for all my locksmithing needs.

  I live locally but work at a distance. Lockshop rep on phone explained that after 4:00 there might be an overtime charge if THEY ran behind schedule and job went after 5:00. I said I’d try somewhere else...but then was promised that wouldn’t happen in my case since I worked at a distance and could not be there earlier in the day. On the day of the job I then learned that the first person’s assurance to me actually meant zero. I would indeed be charged overtime if the job went after 5:00. Can’t do business with a bait-and switch-operation. I stick by my word, I expect businesses to stick by their word to me. Customer service is king. Lockshop needs to keep its promises or not make them to begin with.
