  Don't usually post comments but they asked for a review. I neesed 3 copies made of 2 keys. My first attempt said the key wasn't loaded correctly (you have to hold the key in place until the machine says let go... guess I didn't do that right). My next attempts at holding the keys were successful. When I went to check the keys actually opened their respective locks, only 1 set of keys worked. At first I thought I did the same key twice but 3 of the 6 keys made do not work in either of the locks. 3 stars... The kiosk was easy to use and I didn't have to wait for staff to assist. They have cute keys to choose from. They had a "buy 2 get 1 free" deal going so I paid $16 for 3 working keys. Better odds than gambling or baseball!
