  I was so impressed with Locks & Unlocks customer service! We had a door that needed a new locking mechanism. They were so helpful in figuring out the problem and kept us continually in the loop regarding the status of the part that was needed to fix the problem. I was particularly impressed when they proactively reached out to us to let us know when the part was expected to arrive and how quickly they were able to schedule service once it did get here. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a locksmith!

  If your fun, spontaneous personality extends to doing such exciting things as locking your keys in your glovebox, it's a good idea to invite Locks & Unlocks to join you. While other locksmiths were not willing to come out since I wasn't technically locked out of my car, Locks & Unlocks understood that the keys I needed were not just for my car, but for other places too. So, within 20 minutes, they met me and took care of the job within 20 more minutes, for a price I thought was very reasonable for an emergency, weekend call.

  Exceptional service. Calvin was on site within an hour of calling. New keys for vehicle were made on site in quick order. Best locksmith experience I've ever had.
