  Had to subtract 1 star because I had to wait quite a bit till they got there. Overall great experience once they did show up. Really quick once they got here. Knowledgeable, friendly and price was not as expensive as others. Was referred to Lock Masters from a competitor.

  Amazing service. I asked for a quote and they responded within an hour. Then, later in the day, when I was available I called and they came right away. Super friendly, took around 20 minutes. Price was lower than other quotes I'd received as well.

  This place is a JOKE! From the unprofessional lady in the front to the poor excuse of an owner. Charged me for a full service but gave me everything but that. Now I'm having to pay another company to do what they should have done from the start. They kept pushing me back because they kept ordering the wrong part. I was told that the dealership would take over a month to get the part they needed but it took me 2 days to get it from the dealer. Once i provided them with the part they asked a secondary part. I have now been without a vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks. This image will show how they left my vehicle.

  I’m sorry you feel this way, but I told you from the beginning we have to order the part. It’s not our fault LKQ kept sending the wrong part. I sent you a picture of what we needed which was the whole ignition complete and you brought us an ignition with no cylinder.
