  Second time I've used Lock City and they are without a doubt the best lock company I've ever worked with. I've owned a Brownstone in the city for 17 years and we've used dozens of others in the past and nobody comes close. Most are shady. Unreliable. And often rude.... not the case with Lock City and Lee. They are reliable. Efficient. Competent. Have some of the best prices out there... but more importantly, they're fair and honest. You know that feeling after working with some places where you feel cheated and taken advantage of? Not the case here... Lock City is honest. Open. And again, Fair. They come on time. They get the work done quick. Never any "hidden" fees or surprise costs they try to add on after. We will EXCLUSIVELY be using them moving forward for all our units and I highly recommend that you do too!

  Lock City ROCKS! As a superintendent I've worked with plenty of locksmiths before. Most are just "good" but Rock City is awesome! They are definitely my preferred goto. You won't go wrong with them...

  First time using Lock City, and the pricing was actually reasonable. They came out quickly even though we had just gotten snowed in, they we able to fix my jammed door in a matter of minutes. I cannot recommend this company enough. 5 stars !
