  Straight-shooter. Kind. Great work. 
I needed to replace the locks at my aunt's house back in Aug 2021. I searched on yelp for a local locksmith. Key Star Locksmith reviews indicated to me that the locksmith would provide a service that was quality, and that the locksmith himself was a good character. This is important to me because I want/need to trust the person who is doing security work on my aunt's home. I need to trust the house is safe when I am not there. I worked with him to purchase a few Yale smart locks. I was familiar with August already because I had bought, and still use, and August smart lock on my home. Yale bought August recently, and you can use the same app to open/close Yale or August locks. He came to my aunts to install 3 Yale smart locks. The job took a few hours. Yale did not have an easy installation process. During that time Deemetrio was incredibly friendly, thorough following the instructions and patient setting up the Smart locks. He is clearly competent. Since Aug, I  frequently use the app to open and close the locks when visiting. I would certainly recommend his services for a similar Smart Lock installation.

  Since I lost my car key and was left only with my spare, I needed to get another one synched to my push-to-start car. When I ordered another key (from another company) I was sent the wrong one. The guys at Key Star helped me through this whole process and informed me of what I needed exactly to be sent to me. The whole process of getting the new key took me a solid 2 months, but Key Star was talking with me the entire time telling me that I could come in with the new key and that they would be able to synch it whenever. They guys were extremely respectful, undoubtedly helpful, and in constant communication with me to ensure I had a stress free experience.

  Staff helped me by reprograming a new key fob. After running with a few troubles, the technician did not give up until my issue with my key was resolved. Very professional and flexible with their time. I Highly Recommend these guys.
