  I only give my time in reviews when a business truly deserves it. I called over 5 Locksmiths in my area, and all were very rude. I contacted them wanting a spare key for my new car, and honestly, I had no rush and not a worry in the world, therefore kept calling around. I am HUGE on customer service as a Supervisor that I am and practice it on a daily. I walk away from bad customer service. I finally contacted Lock and Roll, and to my surprise, Abdul was very friendly, polite, and attentive over the phone. It didn’t matter to me I had to drive 20 minutes away vs. getting home service. Actually, I drove 30 minutes, as I forgot the key at home and drove back… old age memory problems. He offered options, gave me a fixed price, was accommodating to my work schedule, and was very affordable. When I met him in person, he was even nice-ER. His customer service was phenomenal. If rating had an option of more than five stars, he’d be looking like the sky full of them, no joke. He was very welcoming, courteous, amicable, exceptional, I mean… I could almost say I made a new friend in less than 30 minutes. He makes you feel like family. I RECOMMEND his service to individuals and/or businesses. Anytime I need a Key Job or any other of his services, this will be my go-to-business. God Bless this business. 😄

  Called Abd to fix a broken knob on our deadbolt. It was not a simple store-bought replacement, so I'm glad I didn't try this myself. Not only was he able to get the specialty replacement parts, the whole job was complete with less than 36 hour turnaround. He and his colleague were efficient, thorough, and even vacuumed the area before they left. I will call him again if we need anything in the future.

  great business!! These people were very helpful!!! Needed to get my key duplicated and they did it in seconds. Would definitely recommend coming here if u need a locksmith
