  An urgent situation required me to change the entry locks on a commercial office property. I spoke to Erik & he was able to get someone there to do the work the very next day. The job was done fast, neat & at a fair price. I will definitely be using them again for my future locksmith needs.

  My locksmith was Jason & he was a pleasure to work with! He was able to program my key in a reasonable amount of time. It was convenient & saved me from having my car towed to the dealership. I highly recommend using Liberty Locksmiths & Security if you’re ever in this situation.

  Selected this company as family in Bayonne recommended with businesses. Travis only wanted to communicate over text message for a quote and for my issues. Got a quote from him and was told that if my combo lock turns on with new batteries it should work.. Jason came 1.5 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment from 5-7pm. paid $262 and combo locked turned on and he didn’t even try to help reprogram it. Left a mess all over my floor.. Still had an issue, tried to resolve it with them. Tried to speak with owner. They came back and wanted $127 at the when I was quoted $75. Asked several times to speak to owner Frank and was told her can’t speak to me. $400 later and a lose door knob. Will be filing complaint with BBB.

  This review is absurd. 1. Nobody ever refused to talk on the phone. 2. We told you specifically before coming out, we wouldn't know if your combo lock would work until batteries were installed. 3. You booked your own appointment on our website for arrival between 3-5pm. Jason arrived at 3:48pm. 4. All pricing was discussed before arrival, nothing was sprung on you last minute. 5. You ended the service call because "you needed to run" and Jason offered to vacumn, but you declined. A replacement knob was recommended, but was also declined. You said you were going to play with it to see if you could get it working. 6. The cost of the replacement knob was $75. That doesn't include rekeying the lock to your existing key, the additional service call needed to come install it, or sales tax. We waived the service call as a courtesy and you still have nerve to complain about pricing? 7. You couldn't speak to the owner at the exact moment you requested. A message was taken and the owner was notified. 8. Before I could even speak to you, you left this one sided false review. I reached out to you and you said you would get back to me, but I still haven't heard anything.
