You should fire whoever you have working the front today at 11am. Called to speak with manager and was hung up on twice. I simply called introduced myself and asked for the manager and then yelled at, "NO!" and hung up on.

I was really surprised when I showed up for some supplies. Outside in the parking lot they had what looked to be rental equipment?? Score! Once I got inside I saw they had a really nice selection of Stihl and other professional equipment. Fair prices and top notch tools for sale. Next time I'm in town I know where I gotta go

People there are really nice, very helpful. Always a smile and greeting when you walk in.

Nice hometown hardware stores for parts for your projects.  The are friendly and helpful inside the store.  They don't everything that a crazy complicated job may need.  I've used their rental service several times which have always been in great shape and reasonable prices when compared to other local rental places.  I'll be back.

Very friendly staff, always help me find what I'm looking for. Added bonus of having a Napa in store as well.

People there are always great and helpful! Once I had a water valve for my washer that was leaking. I went to Leroy true value, they didn't have a replacement valve, so the owner grabbed some packing, took the valve in the back and packed it. I asked what I owed and he responded with "nothing, happy to help." Even showed me how he did it, so If I needed to add more packing when I got home. True small town hospitality!!

Small town friendly and a better equipment rental shop than you'll even find in Bloomington.  Staff is always well trained. A small town gem that's worth the drive if you're not lucky enough to live in the same small town

The service was excellent and the young man that helped me was very patient and understood what l wanted the first time. I will go there for most of my hardware needs.
