  Great service by all employees during my service. I was stuck in the snow, the ladies on the phone were very friendly. The guy (didn't catch his name), who towed me out was very helpful & friendly. He even towed me all the way home instead of just pulling me out to ensure I didn't get stuck again. The wait was long and price was a bit steep, but expected during this winter storm. Thank you Joe's Towing.

  I can’t say enough good about Joe’s towing and all their staff. 5 AM on a January morning with below zero wind chill my wife blew a tire and was in the center median against the wall. Joe’s Towing was there within 15 minutes, towed her and the vehicle to the shop to get the spare tire put on ,checked the air pressure clean the rocks out of the rim and sent her safely on her way a very reasonable price!!! It’s nice to know there are good people out there when you need them not wanting to take advantage of a situation when you’re 100 miles from home.

  I called to get a car towed out of my assigned parking spot. I have no where else to park and if I take another residents parking spot I risk my car being towed. The operators hung up on me several times after calling again to check on how long it would take. I was not rude, I called after an hour to confirm the time I would have to wait and got hung up on. Even now after an additional hour, calling has only resulted in passive aggressiveness and more hang-ups. Note that I have tried to remove other vehicles that have illegally parked in my assigned parking spot in the past. I say tired because this company has failed to remove any violators even once. The company NEVER towed the car out of the spot I pay for. I understand that towing company's get busy, but to neglect even towing a car is honestly just bad business. If you get into an accident or maybe need your car towed, call someone else, its not worth it. I genuinely hope that others have a better experience but this is the most honest rating I can give at this point.
