  We had an emergency and AMPM Locksmith was able to respond right away. Bill was right on time and offered great advice on our other locks. He was courteous and friendly and did a fast and clean job. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

  Hate to diss a local favorite. Know they do great locksmithing work, but disappointed about recent visit for simple key duplication. At first they didn't have blanks for mailbox key. Returned a few days later. 2 keys cut, but neither worked. (something about foreign locks...hmmm) Schlage house key duplicate didn't work either (comment about not being able to duplicate from HomeDepot duplicate...hmmm). Money refunded, but should have gone to HD first. In and out in 15min with keys that worked and cost less, too).

  Sorry for your experience with us. We routinely check our key machines for accuracy and just recently had to adjust one of our machines. Please don't give up on us, we strive to give the best possible service that we can. It's hard to tell why we could not duplicate your keys. Without the lock, we can only guess from our experience why the key s don't work. We are glad you did get them duplicated and working.

  He worked on my safe for an hour and finally got it open. Never would have happened with one of the many traveling locksmiths that you get when you call the many numbers that are in Google. They just have someone they call and refer to you. I would definitely recommend Mark
