I feel incredibly misled. When I called the place to schedule a technician to come because I was locked out of the vehicle, they said it would be 29$ for him to come out. I said that was great and scheduled the service for ASAP. When he arrived and told me how much it would be he said 199, and I repeated, you mean 19.99 right? And he said no, one hundred and ninety nine, that 29 was just to have him come out. PLUS, he was not wearing a mask. While he did open my car door very quickly, I feel scammed out of a lot of money, and taken advantage of while being in a tight spot.

Getting keys duplicated at big box hardwire stores was about 75% effective - one in four failed to be usable. This machine is perfect. It not only does not make mistakes, it even appears to corrects imperfections in poorly made or worn original keys.Fantastic invention.
