  Great service!! They are very easy to work with. Found this company on google with good recommendations so I gave them a call and asked them to come the day after my call. The locksmith showed up at my door as scheduled and got straight to work I have seen many locksmiths and other service providers in my life - this one was one of the good guys and he did a very good job for my house security.

  I have had a few dealings with Lock and Key now, initially to cut me keys that could not be done in a regular key cutters but that I had lost the codes for and they were brilliant. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We have since then purchased better quality locks for our doors and once again the service has been first class. Delivery is always really quick and secure and on time. We have recently returned an item that was the wrong size and once again we had no problems, quick courteous service and a refund with no problems. I would most definitely recommend Lock and Key as a supplier/provider to anyone.

  The locksmith came within 15 minutes to help me because I got locked out. Was very professional and helped me get into the building promptly. He was very friendly and thoughtful, doing it as fast as possible given how cold it was outside that day. Can't recommend him highly enough! Definitely will call him again for future locksmith needs.
