  This review is long overdue. I saw the 24 hour service on the website. I was grateful that when I called, the gentleman I spoke to informed me of their services, when the store would be open and more particular information regarding my particular type of key. I appreciate when people are honest and have integrity. Especially not knowing whether or not they could with an item unseen. When I arrived after they opened, Francisco was incredibly helpful fielding all my questions, concerns and was able to cut both keys after he inspected them further. I truly appreciate his incredible customer service, especially his time, care, precision and thoughtfulness. I had recently returned for another friend’s key. She had left hers out of state accidentally and I had a copy. I was again welcomed the moment I entered the store and helped. When one key did not fit exactly, I simply brought it back and they fixed it immediately. I’ve since been back and I’ve also purchased other items aside from keys. I sincerely appreciate these stores that have managed and stayed open. My sincerest thanks, I hope your store continues to flourish.

  Highly recommend: professional, courteous, and they take the extra time to smooth your key...AND they even offered me a free mask (I had accidentally left home without one). Thank you so much for the positive experience, sky locksmith! Unlike another locksmith on the upper West side, sky locksmith DOES have a return policy and you can see the hands of the key cutter while they work. There is Nothing shady going on at Sky Locksmith. They may be a little bit more expensive and a little bit out of your way... But worth it to not get scammed!

  Clarified the refund policy before making a purchase that if I can return it if the item doesn’t fit. Made excuses to not take it back even with the receipt.

  Thank you for your review. Our Return Policy is print clearly on the bottom of your receipt and specifies that open packages are not accepted. The refund policy is also printed and clearly visible in the store adjacent to the check out register. You attempted to return an open package plumbing item that was missing the compression nuts, which you admitted you had removed from the package. Nobody's fault here but your own.
