  Amazing service from Linda and Mike. 10 out of 10 on all levels. I got quoted triple the price for an out of town locksmith and Mike came to the rescue right when I needed it!

  Extremely unhappy with my experience here. Bad business practices to borderline dishonest. Quoted an exact price over the phone to specifically re-key 2 locks. Come pickup time, I get handed a bill that is almost 250% of the quoted price. I'm given some malarkey about them not knowing I didn't have the original key (isn't that the only reason I'd need it re-keyed in the first place??) and them needing to 'pick the lock' which led to the extra cost (isn't that what I'm paying you to do in the first place?). This isn't a mechanic shop- the quoted prices should not be "estimates" - they ARE the price of the service. If there is a change to the original scope of work, the customer needs to first approve. Then on top of that, they re-keyed both locks to the same key, when I specifically requested 2 sets of keys for EACH lock. Then I was graciously offered a discount to have one of the locks re-keyed again (isn't this an issue caused by your shop that needs to be rectified free of additional charge??). What a joke of a business... go there at your own risk

  They called me 20 minutes before my Friday appointment made on Wednesday, to cancel. They asked if I wanted to make an appointment for next week; when I asked if they would show up or cancel that appointment too she hung up on me. I will no longer be referring them to clients.
