I would like to say thank you for the excellent service and timely response. I’m in the alarm, camera and audio/video business, but do minimal access control. As my morning started, I was driving to the job site , knowing that I had electric door strikes to cut in, along with changing the existing hardware. I decided this is a job for a locksmith. I’ve always seen your trucks on the road and heard that L I Locksmith is a great company, so I decided to make the call to L I Locksmith. I spoke with Jeff, who gave me great customer service and communicated very well. Jeff assured me that all my needs would be taken care of. Jeff had a technician by the name of Rich come out to do the install within 2 hours of my call with him. I was extremely happy with the service , quality and professionalism that Rich provided. On all of my future access jobs , I will continue to use your company for my hardware installations. I also let a few other friends who are in the same access control business as myself know who L I Locksmith is and the quality of work that you do. I just want to say thank you for the excellent service. I’m extremely happy and look forward to working with you on my next project.

The charge for labor was not made clear when I requested a home service call. Also the charge for service was not made clear. That I paid $105 for a home service call AND $100 for labor IN ADDITION TO the $25/lockset I wanted changed ... seemed excessive to me and was def unclear. I feel these charges should all be made clearer ... I was led to believe it price was $25 per lockset changed with a minimum $105. 1 lock = 105 2 locks = 105 3 locks = 105 4 locks = 105 5 locks = 125 6 locks = 150 It cost me 3x what I thought. Not happy.

Be aware of this company Saw this company on Google, as it was close to our new house we thought it make things alot easier getting our locks changed so we went in to see them John seemed friendly enough and was helpful, as i had done my research already i knew what i wanted. Told him what i want he made some suggestions that made sense, he told me he would order the parts and then i'd pay when they arrived. A few days passed and he called to say the parts should be in on the next day, ten days after i didn't hear from him so i said to my wife this guy doesn't want our business let call someone else she told me give him a call so i did spoke to john again whom is now telling me he wasn't the one that ordered the parts and that he would speak to the guy and get back to me that was six days ago. John also wanted us to go with a way in witch his company would be the only company able to cut keys for my locks witch we decline to have. Take your business elsewhere this company obviously doesn't care about its customers or potential ones.
