  Horrible!!! Kept pushing my time back which I get stuff happens, however once the tech called me and told me another hour I canceled the service, not only with the tech but also with dispatch so I won't be charged. Fast forward after hours I get billed for a complete service which I never received. Now I'm fighting to get a refund. Would never ever recommend this company nor use there kiosk in any retail everr again. Thank you for this HORRIBLE experience.
